23 GHz Refurbished Links

Microwave Advance, LLC now has a limited supply of refurbished 23 GHz 23CC, 23CX, and 23VX video links for sale at low prices.
We can re-tune these radios to your assigned channel.

All of these simplex links also include two each 2 ft. antennas for a 4 1/2 inch pole mounting of the transmitter and receiver RFU boxes, and also the IDU that provides power to run the RFU control signals, video IF, and single or multiple audios.

These classic radios have been upgraded with new transmitter phase-lock loops to meet or exceed the FCC Part 101 new channel plan transmitter frequency stability to 0.001% over temperature. This provides essentially drift-free performance compared to the uncertain drift condition possible with the older 0.03% standards over temperature . The new stability achieved provides a guarantee to eliminate the possibility of channel loss or interference issues due to new applicants with higher priority status under the part 101 rules.

Also optional are:

1)   New ultra low noise waveguide LNA's that provide
       up to ~6dB threshold improvement to these radios.

2)   New microwave PA's that provide ~6 dB increased transmitter output.

These modestly priced additions can enhance radio link performance by a combined ~12 dB for up to 4 times the signal distance for equal video performance or nominal ~12 dB increased fade margin under faded conditions to reduce outage or increase signal quality.
These additions may avoid changing your antennas to larger sizes for more demanding applications that would increase wind-loading and tower changes.

The enhanced radios are ready for delivery in two to three weeks aro and frequencies. Addition of optional LNA or PA requires 30 days aro for shipment.
